For us at Shangri – La Jungle Resort, safety and wellbeing of our guests and associates is of utmost importance. As novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has been declared pandemic by World Health Organization (WHO); we are closely following guidelines from the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare and local health departments.

These are challenging times for all of us and we at Shangri – La Jungle Resort are committed to support you; our valued guests and your travel plans as the situation around coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to evolve.

Our resort has elevated the existing standards of safety and hygiene for a better and safe experience.

We would like to update you, as a protocol, a strategic preparedness and response plan is in place. We take standards of hygiene and cleanliness very sternly and assuring you that we are taking all possible precautionary measures to keep your favorite resort safe.
We would also advise that you keep yourself updated with the latest information from the relevant authorities to travel safer. World Health Organization provides credible information on protection and safety protocols and rolling updates pertaining to COVID-19.

Booking Flexibility

In response to changing market conditions, we remain committed to make our guests’ experience flexible and comfortable. We are offering flexible booking options and are making additional adjustments to our individual booking policies to give you extra peace of mind.

If you need to adjust reservations due to COVID – 19 travel restrictions, for all bookings made via Shangri – La resorts website, or call center, please contact our reservation call center team. However, if you need to adjust reservations made through another travel site, please contact respective travel sites for assistance.
