Resort Rules & Policies
Check IN / Check OUT
Check in is available from 12 noon. Check-out is at 11am.
We will try to accommodate early check-in and late check out requests, however on Full resort occupancy days, we would not be able to provide early check in & late check out request, therefore it is advisable that you either book a prior day for early check-in or wait till your check in time. Similarly, for late check out, an extra day booking is advisable.
Room Tariffs are per room per night basis on a double Occupancy, inclusive of Taxes, Extra person in the room will be allowed with an extra charge. Maximum 3 persons allowed in one room.
We must be notified of the exact number of guests at the time of booking, as outside guests are not allowed in Guest Rooms.
The Breakfast timings are from 8.30 am to 10:30 am
Lunch timings are from 1pm to 3pm
Evening High Tea will be served at 5:50 to 6:30 pm
Dinner Timings are from 9pm to 10:30 pm
Room Service is available.
Outside Food and Drinks are not allowed.
All rooms are NON-Smoking rooms.
Please note, we do not have any mobile network coverage at the resort, hence no WIFI, only BSNL mobile calling network is available at the resort.
All bookings are pre-paid in advance, hence kindly make payments as requested by our reservations team to have a confirmed booking.
All Visa, MasterCard Credit card and Debit Cards of all Major Banks are accepted at our resort.
All activities are included in the room tariff kindly check the timings of the activities.
Children below 5 years are not allowed in the swimming pool and for activities.
Swimming is at your own risk as No life guard on duty.
Swimming Pool hours are from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm. Swimwear is compulsory.
Please note that the forest check post is closed from 6pm to 6am. Hence a pre confirmed reservation print out should be shown at the check post. Kindly advise us of your estimated time of arrival as we would appreciate an advance notification and inform the check post of your late arrival.

- The Resort has a zero-tolerance policy in which it will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in the Resort or may remove a person who: while on the premises of the Resort acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy Resort property, or causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance; Hence the resort reserve the right to deny admission, to any person or to require a person already admitted to leave the resort, without refund, liability or compensation if we consider that the circumstances so require.
- Shangri – La Jungle Resort may limit the number of persons who may occupy a particular guest unit in the Resort and will only allow registered guests to use its facilities.
- THE RESORT’S MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD TO, OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES WHICH ARE A PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE LODGING ACT.
